Springfield just sent me an email saying to bring it to FedEx myself.
I guess because it is not a sale then it can be shipped that way. Just goes to show you that FFL is all about interstate commerce and collecting taxes than it is about "safety".

Interesting. Do as they ask then, Seems easier this way. I always thought all firearms go via FFL.

Pretty sure this is all my fault. I purchase a pistol and BOOM....recall. I just got this damn thing and have to send it back.
