Thanks. Looks like it's pretty much going to go straight overhead in a nearly full 180 where I am tonight.

I think a six minute sighting is the longest.
Loved when the Space Shuttle would be getting close to the Space Station and you could see both of them.

we caught the crew dragon a couple weeks ago. The station was so bright that night I told my 5 year old it was a plane when he spotted it first

I once witnessed the Station, Shuttle, and a Soyuz Progress on the same night during the same orbit. They were literally chasing one another. This was back around 2010.

This week is some of the best viewing opportunities one could hope for. Fingers crossed for clear skies.

Guy I know took this picture of the Horsehead Nebula the other night. I bet he could read the serial number on the space station.

They scraped about three I believe. Probably nine total that we know about.

Very bright! That was a great viewing.
Next Friday, the 18th, will be almost as good. 6 minute interval. Peak will be 47 degrees instead of 78 like today. So it won't go directly overhead like tonight.

Tomorrow night should be just as good as tonight, just about a hour earlier.
