If you have super fresh straight off the boat they will be hard to peel.
Ice them down really hard for a couple days and they will peel better.
Also, brown shrimp are harder rondell that white shrimp.
Headless shrimp peel much easier than whole shrimp.

I don’t use much water. Barely enough to cover the shrimp. Season it well and bring to boil. Add shrimp and watch them close. When the meat starts to separate from the shell, they’re done. No soaking. Mine come out perfect everytime.

yep. Immediately get you water down to 150 or lower and you can soak as long as you want. Same with crawfish.
