Seven month old female dog humping everyones leg?

Why is she doing this,any ideas? Could it be that she is just horny. Not that this means anything,but she was fixed three weeks ago.

It's a dominance thing. No telling if hormones are exacerbating the matter after just getting fixed. They'll usually outgrow it, but until then, just treat it as you would any undesired behavior. Whatever happens, do not laugh at or otherwise allow her to express dominance to any human.
