Service and Maintenance on Medium Duty trucks near Baton Rouge?

The business that has been supporting me (and I them) for several years has decided that they will be shifting their focus to light duty stuff like F250's and such.
I've got a few International 4300's (with DT466's) that need maintenance and periodic repairs.
Know anyone that's decent at this in BR area?
