I’m not scared of them at all once I’ve cut their head off. Those little 4’ Kaiser blades are the absolute perfect snake taming weapon. The full size ones are too big to carry easily but that small one stays strapped to the back of my rear rack on the Honda.

Guy down the street from me, found a BIG copperhead doing spring flower bed cleaning and beheaded with a shovel. A minute or so later he picked up the head and it bit him on the hand(and it was NO dry bite either).

This has not been my experience with them, at least in central AL where they were all over the place and aggressive as hell.

Oh the fact that a strike from one can kill you in a very painful and torturous way. Come on man…..snakes are bad. You know it and we all know it. Don’t play that bullshite.
