Remington 700 ADL vs BDL

I've been considering picking up a Remington 700 Varmint from dicks sporting goods on Black Friday. It is my understanding that this rifle is a dicks exclusive rifle. I understand that it is a ADL?
What are the differences between the 700 Varmint and the 700 SPS Varmint. Is it the same action and barrel?

From what I recall, ADL doesn't have the hinged floorplate, and have a chunky bolt. The machine-turned bolt on the BDL is worth the extra money alone.

The ADL has a little bit nicer stock and a drop door on the magazine. The BDL is missing the drop door.
SPS=Special Purpose Synthetic
On Remington's website I only see a SPS varmint.
If I had to guess the Varmint may have a normal stock with a heavy barrel.

This is backwards. The ADL is the base model.

This. The ADL is still a fine model 700. Whether it's an ADL or BDL, the 700 action and barrel are the same. Growing up, my best friend had an ADL. It was a good gun. If you buy the ADL and later decide you want the hinged floor plate instead of the blind magazine, you can convert it w/ a kit bought from Brownell's, but it ain't cheap….
