I have the C series too and was able to fix it myself a while back. What’s the problem? If the head unit is working, the domes are fairly basic.

He said the head unit is not reading the dome
Dome is spinning and has power
He tried a new cable and still no go

Weird. Mine ended up being a pin connection but if he replaced the cable, that should’ve solved it.
I contacted Raymarine and they want a fortune to work on them. If you don’t find someone to work on it, I’d update the firmware on the unit.

We (new boat I was on) did last week and he got some foreign sounding guy that go him going again.

If you tube and such can’t get it working like key easier to bring to Bayou marine or Sea Trac.
It’s been a few years since I’ve looked but have never found a mobile person to work on. If you do please share the contact info never know when you will need them.
