Clipped him pretty good across the top of the head, almost cut in half. Took a vid of him rattling after I poked him a few times. Then he started trying to strike and I decided to introduce him to a branch. I've never shot my bow at 8 feet before so it was kind of redass

Those are my old ones, I keep one in the quiver with a muzzy on it for coyotes or hogs or now, 6 foot rattlers

That was as much useable hide as I could get from it. I know how to do it now in case it ever happens again. The rattles fell off when I was beating it, but I still have them
