Try this: Himalayan Dog Chew
I have the same problem with my Yorkie. I've always given him the rawhide crap, though I know it's not supposed to be good for them. Loses interest really quick anyway - I give him coated ones and he just eats the coating off and is done with it. I tried things like bully sticks, tendons, deer antlers, nylabones, rope toys, etc. But there was nothing he would consistently go back to.
Then a friend gave us a pack of these Himalayan chews at Christmas. They are hard, so the dog gnaws on it for a long time before making much progress. They must taste good because he goes back to it for days and days until it's nearly gone. And here's the cool part - when it gets down to the last inch or two, and you're worried about the dog swallowing it and choking, you toss the thing in the microwave. It expands into this big hard biscuit kind of thing, which the dog promptly devours like there's no tomorrow. We got a pack of 3 over 3 weeks ago, and he's just about done with the last one now (and there's not a day he doesn't chew on it). Tastes good, lasts long, and they get that bonus treat at the end.
Here's a video of what happens when you microwave it: LINK
Don't buy nugget sized - buy the long treats. I microwave it when it's at around 1.5-2 inches (about twice the size they show in this video) and it makes a much larger biscuit than that.

My chessie has torn up the red Kongs and plenty of other toys in no time. My wife had this thing gift wrapped for a god child until the crazy mutt busted it open and made it her own. While she could easily tear this one to shreds she has kept it for over a year and almost treats it like a child.

Most expensive childs squeak toy on the market

The only thing my Great Dane can't chew through is deer antlers. He and my Husky love chewing on them. My husband just replaces them every time he gets a new deer so they don't get whittled down. But the Dane running around the house with an antler in his mouth is kinda of dangerous.

Those giraffe kid toys are remarkably resilient, my son's doesn't have a hole in it either.
Lacrosse balls are the best thing I've found, bounce like tennis balls but last longer picked up a dozen for $15 bucks. **Do not run over with lawnmower**

My Aussie will go through the black Kong nylabone in about 2 days. He destroys the middle and leaves the two ends to play with. Anyone who has one of these bones knows what the two ends look like

The last yard dog I had a run-in with was in the back lot of a hispanic tire store. The owner had given that dog a damn donkey head. Dog was the happiest animal on the face of the earth... completely ignored my fat white arse.
I'm guessing José took the head from him at sundown.
Deer leg works, too. But it won't last as long as the head of a bovine or equine.

My rottweilers destroy most toys. Those ropes suck! Try the Kong products.

Seriously? Who the hell has a freaking cow or horse head to give their dog...

José the tire guy made it happen. That's the happiest german shepherd I've ever seen.

I went with the heavy duty Kong Toy (the black one). The pup hasn't dropped it since I have it to him.
Now, we'll just have to see how long it lasts. Honestly, I can't believe it's lasted this long.
Thanks for the help.

I have a GSP and a Brittany and these toys have lasted for fricking ever.
These are made by the same company as the last one (west paw design). But we break up milk bones and stick them in the cavity. They fricking love it.
