Can any of the suppressor guys on the forum give their input on SilencerCo?

Should I pull the trigger on this deal?

I've got a few potential hosts in 5.56-308 and 9/45. No idea what I should buy between the Chimera 300, Omega 300 and Octane 45/9/45k.

I have an Omega and an Octane 45. Both are good cans

In a vacuum, there are several other companies I would buy before SiCo

This is a really good deal, though.

I think we are going to pull the trigger on this deal. I was kind of looking for a reason to get a pistol caliber suppressor.

Probably get the 45k as the free one. We already have .30 cal., .223, and rimfire suppressors. Might end up getting a second pistol caliber in a different model.

The deal stacks so theoretically one could go with the a rifle Omega/Chimera and one of the pistol Osprey/Hybrid/or K configurations for just over $1600 and get the fullsize Octane in both 9 & 45 on rebate.

But then again thats $800 in stamps alone not to mention mounts and such.

This is the general consensus im seeing. I had been looking at Q and Dead Air but I dont know if I can turn this down.

I could theoretically suppress my AR/300BLK/Tikka 308 and 1911/Glock/Scorpion (when it comes in) with the Omega 300 and Octane 45 and have most of my bases covered.

Waste

not interested in the chimera either. omega holds up fine with a 8" barrel and it weighs way less

So, since the maxim has 2 serial numbers (pistol and silencer) can you use each one separately to get 2 free cans??

I free can per $700/$800 spent on serialized items. The Maxim is only $1200.

$1500: .22 and Octane
$1600: 2 Octanes

Was coming her to post about this. You can also buy the SiCo from Capital armory and get another can...they are running a buy 2 get 1 free deal that will stack onto SiCo’s.

So you can buy an omega and a hybrid from CA and get a free specter and octane 45k from SiCo and pick another free rimfire one from what CA is offering.

Yep IG is good to go. My omega is in jail from them and I have a omega 45k I got today from silencer shop and having it sent to them. They didn’t have any on hand by they told me they get a cut via SS as well so all good. Got the spectre as my free can.

And using the SilencerShop stuff is real easy and it’s on file. I had my cans bought and the form 4 done in minutes while sitting at my desk. Now I wait...the sads.

What are your thoughts on the Saker?

Their most durable can (save for the new Chimera). If it’s the Saker ASR, it’s a fine purchase. The MAAD mounting system on the old Sakers was a piece of dogshit tho

I’d still get an Omega over anything in SiCo’s catalogue
