I just bought a 3000 SF rental property and is in need of a serious pressure washing. Structure and paving. I don’t have time to do it myself. Any idea what the cost may be before I start searching.

TIA

Do you have a Home Depot nearby? $10 hr. labor located in the parking lot.

There was a guy a couple weeks ago on our nextdoor app advertising that he'd powerwash a driveway for $150. I thought that was crazy. Was I wrong?

With the prevalence of surface cleaners now, it can be done in no time. What used to take half a day, now takes 30 minutes

In BR I was quoted $300 for a 2800 sq ft house. Only house, no paving. You’re probably looking at 5-600 depending on how much paving you have.

$10hr might buy you a 72yo one-eyed messican with a bad limp.

Standard drive way up to 125 ft,with a patio up to 20ft x 20ft and 2 car carport ( not enclosed )$300.00
Takes about 2 hrs to complete.

Single story home up to 1800sf Vinyl siding $200.00
single story home over 1800sf up to 3000sf $450.00 or more depending on how easy it is to get around shrubs, trees that sometimes get in the way and may have to be trimmed before washing can begin.
Many that are in the biz ( me included ) will not wash painted homes.
Hope this helps.
