Only if you pay cash and are ok with not having a title.

Polaris redid the clutch in the 2025 1000 and 1000XP models
False. Same clutch as 2021 on. All parts are the same. Dealerships are pushing it because they are too lazy to look up the part numbers and compare.

True.
They redid the shifting system in the transmission. New dog design.
The kawasaki ridge is now in the mix as well.

They use your address to determine your taxes at time of purchase.

My understanding is when you pay cash out state you do not pay taxes up front, only when you register with the LA DMV you pay taxes. So you could avoid (or pay later ) the taxes to get your title (if wanted/needed).
My concern is the repercussions of this, and understanding how long you have until you have to register and pay the tax man. Because my experience in life is , you always have to pay the tax man lol

Kawasaki Mule is what I would get. Get a good used 800 4 seater and call it a day. Great farm and hunting vehicle but can have recreational fun in it as well.
Couple of guys I hunt with have mules and if the carb goes out dont get the cheap amazon ones. Get OEM.
I have a Kubota diesel and it is slow as cold syrup but unstoppable, Never gives me issues. And i can un red fuel in it.
I also have a 05 Yamaha Rhino that is a workhorse and very easy to work on. They have been discontinued for years but parts are easily available.
If buying something used avoid anything with a snorkel or was owned by someone under the age of 25.

If you truly don't care about performance. Pioneer 700. It's slow, it's boring, but as long as you don't put put around all the time, it's very reliable
Can you explain this.

The engine supposedly has oil starvation issues at very low RPMs. I’ve never seen it first hand but apparently a couple have blown engines from being paw-pawed.
