Looking to bring the kids out to PAC tomorrow. Anybody got word on the conditions going into the weekend? I'll have my boat to access the back side of the WMA.

Looking like some rain, but you can never bet on the weatherman.

Always add 10mph to the forecasted wind at PAC..... Looking forward to your report. Haven't been there in over a year. Did the bridge ever get completed on the way there?

Its finished. Been open close to a year.

My buddy caught 60 nice crabs in Bayou Blue between the Flodgate and the 1st damn, fiahing close to the middle of the canal. All some fat males.

It didn't rain til 2. Weather man said noon but we picked up when we saw clouds rolling in.

We mostly fished with the idea of crabbing after fishing slowed. Brought home only 3 crabs, mainly because my son wanted to eat them.

On the brighter side, we caught 2ea 20"+ redfish and 2ea 14" specs.

Ive never been but I have a buddy that goes and catches tons of huge catfish all the time.

Told him that I was ready to go whenever he had room for me. He said "get in line, everyone wants to go"

Saltwater Catfish?

Not much freshwater catfish (if any) in Point Aux Chene.
