Yea, if you want to patch from the inside, you are out of luck if the leaking rivets are under the bench seats. Happened to my boat in high school. Throw that boat up on saw horses and fill it with water. Mark the dents/rivets that are leaking and clean them up with a wire brush, then JB weld.

Headbusta4LSU, awesome suggestion. I will do that to FIL's boat as a small project. Thanks for posting the pics!

Put it up on sawhorses and fill it with water to find which rivets are leaking.

Fixed my jon boat 2 weekends ago. I waited until the night time to do it. My buddy got a flashlight and shined in the bottom of the boat. I crawled underneath the boat and marked where I saw light coming through. The next day, I flex sealed the markings where the holes were. Waited another day and tested it in the bayou in front of my house. No more leaking!

Just make damn sure those saw horses are gonna hold that boat full of water before crawling under there

Where can you buy Flex Seal? I haven't seen it on shelves anywhere.

I just left mine on the trailer to fill it up with water.

You don't have to put much in it. Honestly, I backed 2 trucks to each other and suspended mine on the tailgates last time I did it. I didn't want to admit to that though. I figured sawhorses sounded a little more professional.

Well since we are being honest.........I didn't use saw horses either. I used two tables. The whole time I am under the boat circling the leaky rivets with a sharpie my roommate is holding the water hose just steadily filling it up. Just as I am on the last few rivets on the back of the boat, the legs of the table holding the back end of the boat give. And a 14' flat boat with about 10 inches of water in it comes crashing down on me! Luckily I didn't get seriously hurt and my roommate was able to flip the boat off of me pretty quickly. That is how I learned the lesson about stable saw horses.

I hate to admit that I crossed the threshold but Bed, Bath, and Beyond has flexseal.

I'm married so it takes some of the sting out of it. My wifes buys towels and kitchen stuff from there. I try to sneak next door to Best Buy and look at big screen tvs.
