Yep. I think I'll mop up with that thing at Old River when they school around the piers and houseboats. I'm sure I'll lose it pretty quick, but if I catch one double or triple it'll be worth it.
I got it on my redfish rod with 40lb test line, so I may pull a Christmas tree or toilet up before it snaps.

I have tube jigs on it. Black/Chartreuse wtih a white jig head. Rig looks sweet in the water.

Was looking for my Ray Bans yesterday morning and had a revelation.
I was drunk as frick on Saturday fly fishing in the yak and on my forward cast my extra line caught my sunglasses and they plopped in the water. Too deep to jump in.
I forgot about it until yesterday.

I've got a shite load of yard work to do. Bush hogging, hedge trimming, weed eating, round uping, the whole nine yards. I'm gonna try to get as much done Saturday as I can so maybe I can wet a hook Sunday. Luckily I got my tater farming buddy's messicans are coming to help. He's got 4 of them and they can make some shite happen. The best part is Cortez, the El Jefe, has a smoking hot sister named Maria. 20 years old and stacked like a brick shitter. I texted her our secret code last night "quisiera Usted venir hacen mis pisos". It translates to "would you like to come do my floors" just in case Cortez sees the message. But the real meaning is for her to get a good night sleep, wash that poon up real good and wear the little black and white maid outfit. She'll ride over Saturday morning. I'll work in the yard till the old lady goes shopping. Then me and Maria will do the floors a few times. After that she rub my back whilst I drink cold beer. Should be a good time.
