If it weren't for the mobile site, I wouldn't have 1/4 of those posts.

frick. I guess I need to start dieting. The doctor told me earlier, that just by reading my numbers you'd think I was 225-250 lbs.

Does alcohol affect it?

Yeah, but for a guy your age it's probably not really a factor.

Moderate drinking can help it. Excessive drinking can make it worse.

Usually somebody your age with BP that high is pretty overweight, but you weigh a good deal less than me so that's not the case. I'm guessing you have a bunch of family members with high blood pressure and heart disease too?

The best thing to cut out of your diet for blood pressure is salt. As Americans we probably get about 3 times the amount of sodium in our diet we need. Louisianians during crawfish season probably get 6 times what we need.

JAB, are you able to run a mile?

What if you're fat, but can run a couple miles with relative ease?

My father's side has a ton of people with high BP. I haven't tried lately, I'm sure I could if I had to, but it'd be a struggle.

My doctor is probably gonna prescribe me exforge I think is the drug. We're going to monitor it for another week and see where to go from there.

I haven't ran a mile in years. shite, probably add all my running in the last 5 years and it'll be less than a mile.
However, I can tread water all day.

I spend every summer on Belle River doing hood rat shite.
