Yea, I have noticed with age I have gotten a little better with motion sickness. I just don't know if I can bring myself to do it again, those 5-6 hours or whatever are just so awful.

Haven't been inshore much, just getting into it. Had some great success offshore, but no longer have a friend with a boat that goes so I have to get a charter and thats too expensive to do on a regular basis. I think if I had my choice and could afford it, I'd choose offshore everytime. But that may change once I get into some bull reds in the marsh.

for some reason the older I have gotten, the more prone to sea sickness I have become.
Usually I'd choose offshore to inshore anyday of the week. But these days its inshore and a few offshore trips a year.

I'm happy anytime I have my rod in my hand.
Offshore is so expensive I can't justify it often, but I have enjoyed it every time. My buddy is restoring his Hatteras, so an offshore trip may be brewing.
I live between lakes Borgne, Pontchartrain and St. Katherine, so it's easy to fish inshore often. I still don't know if I prefer fishing for reds or trout; but flounder is my favorite to cook and eat.

After popping my offshore cherry last year I gotta say offshore. Bigger fish are just more fun to catch, who can argue that?
Not having a boat grounds me but I still go for as big of fish as I can in my kayak.
Wanna catch a tuna out of my kayak BAD

Offshore and it's not even close.

I won't argue with that. The highlight of my outdoor experience was hooking into my 85lb yellowfin and the 15-20 minute fight.
