Got more serious this weekend about tracking down the rattle that's been bothering me. While under there, I noticed I do not have a 4WD jeep. No front drive shaft Wouldn't you disclose that if selling?

Anyway, the rattle is from the rear pass. side brake. No way I can deal with that. Off to the brake shop.

Oh, yeah, when going through my used car checklist, I totally passed over the "Check for front drive shaft" line.

Did you also pass over the "make sure 4 wheel drive works when buying a 4 wheel drive vehicle" line as well?

Or even check to see that it was possible to engage 4WD? Lack of a shift lever would have been a clue.
