FYI, Rainierarms.com has Noveske lowers (chainsaw line, so may have blemishes but still Noveske) for 175. Won't last long.

I haven't seen it if so, but these types (with the blemish) may be. I have mostly Mega and Sun Devil lowers, which in my experience are about 125-150 at "standard" prices. I seem to remember Noveske being higher than that range everytime I've looked.
Regardless, if it is marked up I think it is pretty modest. Anyone searching for RRA or Bushmaster lowers at 250 may want to give this a look.

If I'm building a .22lr with a stripped upper, can I use the cmmg conversion kit as my BCG?

A .22lr barrel.
