It's not rare. Just hard. Deals are popping up on different sites almost every day. Just have to be at the right place and right time.
If PSA's website wasn't so fricked up I'd have 4000 rounds coming to me right now via sales they had over the last few days but their site kept timing out when going thru the checkout process.
