NW Louisiana Duck Hunting Help

We are looking for some duck hunting property in central to north Louisiana to purchase. I know I will get several comments about going to Arkansas, Missouri Oklahoma, etc. We have property there, but our group takes wounded veterans and special needs kids fishing and hunting. Out of state licensing is generally easy but our insurance company absoluetly drives our group crazy. It is not a money thing because the riders are not extremely expensive, nor does the kids and/or veterans pay anything.

However, it generally takes us over 100 hours or more (11 people) trying to deal with insurance issue when we leave the state with 10-20 guests. Thus, we were hoping on getting some property in this state to ease the work burden.
