While giving away the fish ask for deer. We don't hunt but get tons of deer in return for trout fillets.

Same here. I love cooking redfish on the pit, but I mainly freshwater fish. I'd trade a bag of sacalait fillets or some whole sacs for some red fillets.

Just stocked the freezer 
And im not giving away backstrap unless they're at my house eating it with me this is my first deer so I'm prolly gonna eat the whole thing myself.
