Rage is changing the game again. Brand new for 2013, is the much anticipated Hypodermic. This aerodynamic, compact design is extremely tough and offers more penetration than any Rage broadhead to date! The solid steel ferrule sports a brand new hybrid tip design, allowing the Hypodermic to have the aerodynamics and accuracy of a leading edge blade, coupled with the bone crushing performance of our chisel tip.
•Exclusive hybrid tip
•Aerodynamic one-piece steel ferrule
•Tough, Razor Sharp .035" Stainless Steel Blades
•Increased Penetration
•Available in Standard and Deep Six models
•Shock Collar ensures proper blade retention
•Includes free practice head

I want to see how it performs on a piece of 3/4" piece of non womanized plywood.

Nice. I'll run a couple through some nannies this fall and report back.

All that in hopes that it will do what we KNOW a Muzzy will do

Never had any trouble with mine not flying straight, but then again I've never heard of a single incident of a Muzzy not opening up or only partially opening either. I'll stick with fixed blades. I know the mechanicals have came a long long way since they were introduced. But I still feel that fixed blades are more reliable. Guess I'm just kinda old school when it comes to my broadheads

I wonder if this Rage will actually open on impact without breaking?

Nope. Never. Not even one word has ever been uttered about mechanicals failing or partially opening
Posted on 4/3/13 at 11:32 am to lv2bowhntAU
Oh, it's been uttered. By the black panther people. It's just one of those things ignorant people like to just toss out there as if it's fact when they have no idea where it even came from.
