And when they did hunt they filled thermoses with coffee and bloody marys and set the hounds loose, chasing em on horses or willis jeeps. Shooting every buck they saw, doe days were few and far between. This new hunter scolding of folks is off putting. They are deer, shoot what you want, surround yourself with folks that share your ideas on deer hunting if you are lucky enough to do it. Hunt out of a saddle, a box, with a bow, a rock and slingshot, or an AR .223, out of a truck, in front of dogs, in the Midwest, in the pine thickets, over corn, behind a fence...shite, chain em up, I dont give a shite.
