Need suggestions for a welder who can fix up my aluminum hull

Looking to fix up an old aluminum hull that was given to me. The boat was welded by tims marine in the early 90's. I know it needs some transom work for sure, but I would also like to have a front and back deck welded in instead of using wood. Can anyone suggest some names/places to contact to see if it's worth my time and money to fix or if I should scratch that idea and start looking for a used rig.

I used a guy in Slidell to add some plates on my transom, inside wood was rotting, and fix a hole in the bow. His name is Cary, owns specialized welding, (985) 710-1885. Real fair prices

I used Jim's Welding off of Antioch in BR. No complaints. They just patched some holes, though.
