I just picked up a nice used 2006 Kawasaki Brute Force 750 and I would like to have somebody go through it front to back change all the fluids and any needed maintenance. I think one of the carbs might need to be cleaned.

I'd like to avoid using a dealership service department if I can.

It's embarrassing to have to get somebody else to work on my own ATVs when I did that for a living for 5 years but it's beyond me now.

TIA

Where are you located?

I took my Ranger EV to ATV Zone in Amite. They could’ve really screwed me over on the repair but they did it the cheapest way possible and it’s completely fixed. Very happy with them.

Does ATV zone work on kawasakis? I guess I'll have to call him in the morning. I know they don't sell them

do not take to Providence Powerhouse

Sent my SxS there for some light work. Hour drive for me. They called and told me it was ready, so I grab trailer and make the drive. I get there, wait 20 minutes, guy drives it around for me. I get in it to drive onto trailer, and the entire dash is still taken apart. Get told the guy that was supposed to install a new switch had just left. I wait around for them to call him, and he says switch was backordered. So I had to wait another week or so and drive an hour back to get it. Never again.

I think ATV Zone works on everything and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They probably spent 10 hours trying to figure out what was wrong with my bike. It ended up being something extremely hard to find and diagnose. They charged me $250 but could’ve charged me $1k and I’d have been happy.

So even though they took the time to try and diagnose your unit, You think the time spent should be refunded? If you go to three different doctors for second opinions, you don’t get your Co pay back

When they MISdiagnose my unit and try to charge me over $8k for repairs that would not fix the problem, yes, I believe they should refund the money. Otherwise, why not just pay my neighbors 6 year old for a diagnosis on my bike?

Their head guy is an absolutely awful tech.

Actually that's not fair to techs. He just does whatever the computer tells him to... Which is worse than being a bad tech.

He took apart my 900 when he was at the old Polaris dealer and it never shifted right again.

Stay away from Great River Honda in Natchez. Brought a brand new Rubicon from them in 2025 and they haven't been able to figure out my shifting issue (it fails) and it's under warranty. I've given them multiple attempts to figure it out but they cannot do it. I gave them the chance to replace it or refund me but they haven't.

The last time, they called and said they got it working and was shifting 100% for two weeks. I drove 2hrs over there to pick it up, only to discover it was still failing.

Legal action coming soon.

Well, I take back all the bad things I said about Providence. Their owner contacted me at 8am this morning and made things right. Sounds like he sort of inherited a bad situation and is trying to get things right. Super nice guy and he’s straight to the point. He’s determined to make a good name for this place.

OP, if I had a bike that needed these things done, I’d give them a shot. Management will definitely work with you and try to leave you as a happy customer.

It’s amazing how fast word travels on TD

Casey is damned good people. Known him a long time and if I didn't have time to work on my own stuff, he'd be first in line.

Sorry for the swerve here, try the speed sensor near the front axle. I had a shift issue no one could figure out. Swapped that cheap part & has worked perfectly since.
