Do you'll have a lil houseboat on the river? We are in the process of building on this year to fish on.
No we have a camp on land and a pier. We had a floating pier attached to the end of it that was covered (used to be the dance floor connected to Peggy D's), but Gustav took it and we don't know where it is.
My grandpaw bought a new one this year. Not sure if its attached yet, but I think it is. I got a bunch of Christmas trees to go sink in the next month or two.
I usually fish the houseboats when the water is really low, since they are a little deeper.

We have a camp on the land with a pier as well, just curious. We are making the houseboat mainly to just go sit and drink on and maybe catch a couple of fish.

Been fishing TB for 25 years and still have never caught a crappie there

Bass are probably the easiest accidental catch. I've caught accidental crappie at places like black lake, saline and indian creek, just never at TB. Plan to get a guide for my anual memorial day trip as soon as my son is old enough to enjoy it.

quote:Yes, behind a few of the bridges, there is timber and some of the stick ups even have wooden hangers. Main lake has a lot of timber too, but obviously, a lot deeper water.
