Need Help Finding a Pop Up Tailgate Tent - NSFW

I was hoping some OBer's could help me out.
I had a buddy who bought a tent a few years back. It was a 12x12 pop up tailgate tent with two awnings that could could go up and down and when up created an additional 4-5' on both sides of the tent.
I've Googled, Binged, and everything else but I've had no luck.
Any idea where I could find a tent for sale like this? It is a few years old and I believe the make was either a Coleman or Ozark. Their websites do not show any tents like this, though.

Cant find that SOB anywhere. None in Academy, Dick's, or Wal-Mart.
My friend said he got it at Academy but that was almost 3 years ago now.

Is it a tent that sits in the bed of the truck or just an EZ up style pop up tent that has two awnings?

EZ Up tent but the awnings were full length.
I found a few of the quarter or half lengths but was hoping to find the full length awnings.

No link, it was a picture linked to Pinterest. The side is marked with the Quik Shade logo so it gives you a lead to follow at least.

I image searched your picture, and it appears Quick Shade doesn't make that anymore. They only make the half awnings.
I'm interested in getting one of these as well, so I'll do some separate digging.
