I can tell you by experience, a filet knife will go right through a croc. Barely slowed it down. It stopped at bone.

Chuck Taylor’s or altamas are great.
If you want strictly rubber then crocs, vans slip on trk, sperry water striders or any merrell closed toe slip on water shoes,
