First time dealing with them. Bought a pair of boots back in March 2019. They come with a year warranty and last weekend, I noticed my feet were getting wet and when I would move, water would come out right above the top of the sole.
I called and told them that I’ve only worn these maybe 100 times since I bought them. Even though it had been over a year, they didn’t hesitate to send another pair.
Just figured I would let y’all know how great the service is, if none of you have ever had to deal with them.

I've been wearing my field blazers for several years and they've been great. No leaks and I've put some miles on them.

My lacrosse boots are still going strong after 10+ years. Not fooling with a boot that can’t make it a year.

I wouldn’t fool with one either. I know lots of people who have had no problems with their boots. But just like anything mass produced, there will be some failures.

I have a pair of wetlands that are 11 years old and they are my only hunting boots. I take bow hunting trips to public land in the Midwest every year that we average walking 5 miles per day plus my hunting season here down south. These boots are still in good shape and have years left. I’m a firm believer in muck boots

If muck can figure out a way to keep the sole on the boot, they'd be a decent buy. Until then, I'm lacrosse.

Just called in a pair of wetlands that had seems coming unglued. Replacing with no questions excel sending three pictures.... had forgotten about it honestly. They don’t leak, but it’s nice to know they stand behind the product. I like the boots for sure.

How long have you had them? I've got the same problem with the same boot. I've only had them 2 years and they've only been worn maybe 12-15 times.

My next pair will be muck. I had a pair last me 7 years that I beat the mess out of hunting and trapping in some of the thickest stuff imaginable. My lacrosse only held up 2 years

I think I said like 2 years, maybe 2-3? He didn’t even seem concerned about how long I had them. Just replaced them, good company. Honestly though if you paid $150 for a pair of boots they should last 10 plus years. I got them price matched and paid $100 on a Christmas sale when I bought them.

Merry Christmas GoldenSammy.

Absolutely love my muck boot. I had the Wetlands for 10 years and the inside heel part finally started wearing out. I still use them for around the house. I walk miles and miles on dirt roads chasing turkeys deer hunting, running trap lines, etc. Finally bought a new pair last year and the only boots you will ever need

The Lacrosse will last longer sitting in your closet or garage... because the comfort the Muck’s offers you will wear them out quicker.
