yep everyone loves the mellinium but it is a heavy son of biotch.
Easiest way to raise it is to lay it feet toward the tree about 6 feet away from the tree with the front face of the stand down. Get a very long rope and run it around the trunk and over a limb above where you think the seat will end up. now run each end of the rope through the upper portion of the ladder and back toward the tree.
Stake a block on the ground between the feet and the tree so the ladder feet cannot move or slide. Lift the seat end of the stand up on your ATV/Polaris as high as you can set it. Now go grab the ropes and pull back toward the tree keeping an exit route in mind if all hell breaks loose. Once the stand reaches the tree tie the ropes around the trunk at the bottom and back on the ladder and climb the the stand to secure it.
Good luck
I do hernia consultations.

Could rebuild a 6.0/6L80E or try and find a manual to stick on there
To be honest, the only two things in my life I wasn't ever able to break were my 99 and 04 Tacomas. Just wouldn't die. I buried the framerail of one 6" into a tree, backed out, and continued to drive the SOB for 6 months until I had the money to fix it

I'm too deep in this one to even consider selling it. Probably have $15k into swapping the motor, still owe $9k, and it is only worth $19k
Every single other part on the damn thing runs fine. Only thing I want to add is traction bars, but thats gonna be a weekend project once I get the bastard back
MJ2 needs to learn how to work on diesels and give me an OB discount
