I know this because I ran in to dump a bucket of ice water on him when he was shitting once. His clothes were all laying on the floor 5ft away and he was just surfing TD

I prefer to sleep au natural, but I have two daughters that have friends over all the time. Not to mention my two nieces that are always here. So I try to keep covered to prevent an accidental flashing.

When my brother was like 16, one day when I was still working nights doing construction, I woke up at 3 pm in my briefs went to the kitchen, only to find a group of 15-17 year old girls to be watchin a movie in my livin room. Was very awkward to say the least.

I used to have abs. Kinda went to shite the last yr and a half and now just have an AB. But getting back into my P90x and Insanity, and gonna get my shite back! Think I'm gonna lay off the triathlons though. That's how I ended up injured and outta shape. I have a tendency to let my competitive nature get the best of me and abuse my body.

It's nothing revolutionary but I think the way that they're structured just makes it that anybody can do it in there home, which is why I refer it to my patients all that time.
I've done P90X three times, P90X2 once, and Insanity once. Great way to change up my workouts.
