Absolutely. That's the shite that pisses me off. Some people actually need "the system" others however need to get off their arse.

My family was on medicaid for a while. It was the only way we could get healthcare. Yall probably don't get peanuts for it, but hell it helped my family when we were struggling due to extenuating circumstances.
I accept some medicaid. I'm not going to quit seeing long time pts just because they fall on hard times. However if you get too many medicaid and low reimbursing insurance pt's it'll bankrupt you and none of my pt's will have a doc.

It was just a transitional thing for us. My father got robbed and shot and was out of work for a while. So we needed the system. However, frick the people who have no business being on it.

What kills me is how well medicaid pays the pharmacies. My wife makes WAAAAAY more off the scripts than I do evaluating and treating the pts. If more docs knew this, they'd be pissed!

Medicaid is a good thing in theory. The problem is that the abusers are so abundant they are a severe burden to the system. They can't afford to cover everyone utilizing it and pay decent rates.

Exactly. People who need it, deserve it. People who think they need it because they don't want to work, don't. frick those people.
One of the most comical things about all of this is my father is actually an insurance agent.

Medicaid pretty much reimburses 100% to pharmacy, and I'm lucky to get 40%.
People ask why they have to wait so long? Well, I usually have to double book to cover the costs for the medicaid patients. I can't even pay overhead with them.

They also pay the pharmacies on time. If the pharmacy runs something through and it says it's covered they get their money. Often times those shitheads will comeback and deny coverage to us AFTER the fact.

Don't get me started on that.

I saw a black bitch who worked at Popeye's get out of a Porsche Cayenne Turbo and go into work.
Later that day, I saw a perfectly capable one park crooked in a handicapped spot, blocking the other one, while getting out of her E63 Benz. Walked right into the store with no problems

They both probably had LV purses, fresh manicures and der hair did.

I've been pretty smart about taxes to the point that I've only actually had to pay any extra one year.
This year because of Obamacare, our brilliant leader's increase on taxes, several of my common deductions not being deductions anymore, and Nursetyger getting a raise put us in a new bracket, I got completely fricked.
Half my paycheck already went to taxes, and then today I found out that apparently wasn't enough. It's enough to make a guy go to Washington and kick someone in the arse with a steeled toe boot.
ETA: That's why I'm drinking a shite load of whiskey tonight.

My parents went through the same shite. It really pisses me off. My dad works his arse off, but damn near half his check goes to taxes and he still gets raped come tax season.

I used to feel the same way. I don't even wanta know anymore. I just have the wife write the checks and the CPA tell her how much. People don't realize what we really pay in taxes. frick the dems and that fair share bullshite. I've paid more than $3.5 million in income tax the past 10 yrs. That seems pretty f$%king unfair to me.
