I've been following and interacting with him for some time now.

Every so often he does events with TYR, great combination.

A tourniquet should be the first thing you get. CAT or SOFTT-W are the two most popular and generally considered the best. After that, look for a trauma kit that is small enough that you will carry it. If it's back at camp it doesn't matter how good it is. Lots of people like the Blue Force Gear Micro Trauma Kit NOW!
