In park, it idles perfect around 6-700rpm
In drive, at stop lights and such, it will dip down to 500, sometimes even briefly lower, and you can feel the roughness in the truck.
Fixes? The truck is at 90k and relatively new to me. I already have the delete plug in, replaced the MAF sensor, and have run a couple cans of sea foam thru it.

Do a throttle body service. Clean the inside of the throttle body with some choke cleaner and a little wire brush and wipe it clean with a shop rag.

Just taking a stab here but Idle Air Controller (IAC) valve issue?

Another vote for throttle body. Had a truck do exactly what you’re describing and a good scrub fixed it. Possible it’s a sensor but worth checking that before throwing parts at it.

Could be something with your air sensor

I worked at Chevy dealership for years. Throttle body service will fix it. Should be done every 20,000 miles. Remove the rubber boot from the throttle body and open the throttle blade and clean with carburetor cleaner and an old toothbrush.

Start with this using a little wipe down inside the throttle body. Do not touch the MAF sensor internals. Just spray and let that air dry.

What kind of air filter?
If it's the oil and reusable like the k/n they've been known to foul the Mass air flow sensor.
Get a regular air filter and slean the sensor with Mass air flow cleaner and do not touch it.
Then clean the throttle body
