but what it does say is, at least he went outside of the good ole boy network of cronyism and kickbacks, and he got got an outsider who can come in with no prior connections or obligations to the system they must fix.

Very old news. I met her and she seems incredibly competent and is an avid sportsman.
I think she will be a good WLF Secretary.
