Whitewater Outdoors DU Duckback rain jacket with zip out reversible sherpa vest. Waterproof and warm hooded jacket. About $180. Can't say enough good about it. Sat in both layout blind and pit blind in cold soaking rain many times this season. Hell of a jacket.

Looking into a new waterfowl jacket I find that drake jackets absorb water even though they say they are waterproof and i have never washed it. I don't think I will be buying drake again.
Washing it will help. Then apply a dwr (durable water repellant) such as revivex. All waterproof material has a dwr layer coated on, even gore-tex, over time it wears out.

Gortex, only thing better would be to buy some Grundens and spray a camo pattern on them.
