Call some of the local timber companies. There are groups out there utilizing drones.

Look up Sky Pixel La on Facebook or LINK

The page is public so you dont have to have an account to look at it. Phone numbers are listed on the page.

Located in Bossier. They have done most of the filming used by the news stations here.

I've used these guys before. They run drones for Pipeline Companies all along ARK/LA/TEX.

You could probably just buy a drone and do it yourself for what someone will charge you. I only have experience with the DJI Phantom 3 Professional, but from my own experience it only takes about 10 minutes of flying the thing to become extremely proficient with it. Now if you're needing a nicely edited final product, a group like Sky Pixel LA can handle that for you.

Thanks for the help. It's a customer of mine. The equipment that's lost is worth a good bit, from a construction perspective. I will send these options to them

Took these this afternoon for a friend of mine whose family camp flooded in South Bossier. If this is what you're looking for, let me know. These are just screen shots from my iPad while flying, my memory card was full. Pictures taken by the camera are clearer.

I want one of these soooo bad. Do they need a wireless signal to send the video directly to your iPad/iphone? Or is it Bluetooth?

You don't have to have a wireless signal. I guess they use Bluetooth to communicate, but I don't know that for a fact.

Drone Cowboy LLC has all FAA permits and insurances in place. They have a FB page as well. This guy is on top of the game. Known nation wide.
