Looking for 243 ammo

not sure how fast you need it or if you only looking for a specific brand but i had to order a bunch from federal last week. Ordered them Monday and they came in yesterday. Said 15-20 days out for shipping but they came in in 7. Dad and brother both ordered some the next day and theirs both say they will be delivered today on the UPS tracking thing. These were 7mm and 270 rounds that they had in stock which absolutely noone else had. We also have a 243 the kids shoot and we use the 100g fed prem sierra gameking BTSP and have had great success with it. If you can wait a week or so I would suggest just ordering it straight from federal unless you have some other brand in mind you trying to get.

thats what federal said when i placed my order but they ended up shipping in 3 days and arrived in 7 so not to bad. No clue though if we just lucky or what but that was 3 separate orders and all had exact same results. now all of them said "available" so they were in stock. Brother was also trying to ordering some other rounds but they said "not available" and it would not even let him put them in the cart so I expect if you order them direct from federal you will get them in a week or so since they dont seem to let you order anything not in stock.

Academy in Metairie has it I'm pretty sure. One of the only calibers they have. It's on the far back shelf towards the gun cleaning stuff. Not the big empty aisle where the ammo normally is but the last row.

Academy on Vets had 80gr on friday on the main aisle. So I know they have some. As the other poster said, look on the other aisles.

Picked up the last 2 boxes of 100gr 243 they had. Unreal. That’s all you used to see on shelves was 243 or 6mm bullets on the Relaoding isles.
