Bought my son one when he was about 2 years old. This is the first year that he is required to cary a liscence. Well worth the investment in my opinion. One day he will reflect on it and appreciate it for sure!

Same here... I bought my son's for his first Christmas when he was 4 months old. He's 8 now and doesn't need it yet, but he appreciates it already.

Brother and I got the combo for Christmas one year. Great gift and will be buying all of my kids the same.

Def the best. Only one I still have except my two shot guns I got at different times. License is worth more than both of them put together.

Got mine when I graduated High school awesome gift! Moved to Texas for a couple years so picked one up there too, back in LA but can now freely roam across the boarder without have to fork out an arm and a leg for a Texas license!

if you were born in the state you can use your birth certificate to buy the license at a much reduced rate...I was buying 5 day out of state big game for like 30.00 when I would go hunt my uncles place back home.
Its called A native out of state license or something like that.
