We fished Monday morning with Bayou Charter with not much water movement and only caught 16 trout. Very nice trout and a bunch of throw backs. Got on the reds and missed 2 getting a 3 man limit. Also caught a bunch of throwback reds too.
A friend fished with BC Tuesday and didn't find trout but caught a large box of reds and Drum.
Checked on Sweetwater Marina's site: Jack caught had clients that limited in the morning and another group in the evening.That was Tuesday. TRout. Don't know how the water was then.

May have been the one on the left, but from that angle it looks a little wider than the one I shot.

I can't speak to the bass but the Reds can be caught. Find moving water like others have said. I'd search points and cuts where water is flowing in or out.
