I would like for Brandon Herrera to be the last Director of the ATF.

Can't say, but neither are covered by the Second Amendment, and I can't recall any complaints about the regs in those areas

How many co-sponsers signed onto the bill?

One of the other 2 is covered by an amendment.

Literally every home moonshiner disagrees with your notion. Home brewing, without being taxed on the end product, might be the only useful thing Carter signed, but houses with 2 or more adults are capped at 200 gallons per year, 100 gallons for single adult residences. Brewing more than 2.92 beers a day, per adult, would make you a criminal.

I've yet to meet anyone really into tobacco to hear their regulatory woes, outside of consumers getting taxed out the arse. Like you pointed out, it's not a constitutional right.

All home distillation is illegal and it's not due to taxes.
