Sounds like somebody is off their meds.This is not the OT,we need to keep it civil.Somebody just asked a simple question,some people don’t have time or patience to process their own deer.I do my own,I don’t really enjoy it but I like the finished product.A lot of my motivation is the fact that me and mine have an aversion to factory beef,we mostly eat only wild game.
Most people I know don’t process their own deer,that doesn’t make them inferior to me.For a lot of people venison is a novelty for certain occasions,not a mainstay of their diet like it is mine.

Dude, calm the frick down. Some people have better things to do than grind meat, make sausage, vacuum pack meat, etc.

If you like to do your own, fine. But don’t hate on people that earn enough money to pay others to take care of theirs.

I agree Courvelle 10000%. His prices are outrageous, but he’s an awesome and talented guy. Chadleys for everything other than sausage. I get Lagneaux’s to do my sausage.
