So a Ruger 10/22 is an assault rifle?
You say "Modern Day Sporting Rifle" is lawyer terminology for assault rifle.
I say assault rifle is media terminology for the pandering masses who are unintelligent to know what a semiautomatic gas operated rifle is.

Rep Mills has backed off of his vote for this bill. A pro gun group ran an ad in Rep. Mills' district that he voted in favor of this bill, and he has called them to raise a white flag. He said that when this bill comes up for vote in the senate he will vote against it.

Thank God the OB has your opinion to determine what is or isn't an "assault rifle".

I don't understand why "prevent" those under 21 from purchasing. Haven't conducted an official study, but I don't think the statistics show that the majority of those whom used assault rifles in shootings were under 21.
