Now I get it, mice don't like cotton/soy/corn.

Makes total sense now why youd kill snakes that control the rodent population.

Shoot the snakes and the rodents. Double the fun. Judging by the number of shots you would take, may need 2 weapons.

Ever see a Moccasin chase a full grown bullfrog in the woods?
I have and it's a scary sight.
Grabbed on in a frog gig one night while frogging and it hissed at me like an animal.
Both times the hair stood up on the back of my neck.
Snakes are evil..Momma says they are the devil!

No, but I have seen over 50 water snakes in one day on the Amite. I wakeskated over the top of a few that held their spot in the water. I've also seen them attach themselves to fish we were reeling in.

They all looked like Moccasins but the only thing I've tried to do is hit them with a paddle.

A cottonmouth swims with it's whole body floating on the surface, and water snakes usually just have their heads above the water. There's also the obvious head shape and white mouth

I've been catching snakes since I was 6/7 years old. Not sure I've seen more than 8 cottonmouths in the wild in over 35 years.

Dude, just stop.
Seriously.
What do you think owls, hawks do?

Fwiw the snakes I killed looked like snake #1 in the pic above and furthermore I don't need some a-hole on a message board trying to play snake doctor telling me what kind of snakes they were. I've been shooting these things my entire life.
And yes they do f'ing stink.
I had one a couple yrs ago try to strike at front tractor tire when i rolled up on him. Things are fearless.
