Is there a rodent, rats/mice, opossum/ raccoon, cats that urine smells just like doe urine

For the past couple weeks, every now and then we have this doe piss smell coming into the laundry room from under the house.
It’s not everyday and it’s not something dead.
I’m thinking it’s a nest, but I’m confused as to what it could be and why does it smell exactly like doe piss
Anyone have any idea?
EtA: the smell is coming from the area where the water heater and dryer are located

If it is under a house I’d say cat piss. Not because it smells like a doe, but because it’s under my house pissing and annoying me

Rat nests smell like that OP. Most animals nests will have the musky piss smell. It’s just animal odor.

I’m thinking a cat, which I don’t mind, whatever it is, it isn’t dead, but for the first week or so I thought maybe I dropped a bottle of doe piss somewhere in the laundry room but we stripped the entire room down and washed everything and just realized it’s coming from under the house and it’s not everyday, and we don’t hear anything, just the smell

It’s gotta be a nest, and it’s in a location that’s almost impossible to get to, so I ran my blower under the house to see if I could scare them away.

Could someone be dumping their bongwater out in that area?
In college some guys would dump their water out the 2nd floor window. The guys in the first floor thought they were being invaded by skunks when they would open their window.
