They've got some good deals but something seems a little odd about the site. Anyone ever order anything from them?

Its legit, normally use sportoptics or Eurooptic though.
Opticsplanet is one of those that will sell you something that is backordered or out of stock. At least it was the couple times I tried to order from there quite a few years ago. Don't know if they cleaned themselves up.

Yes they are legit and their location in Hammond is top of the line. Pops got some nice Leica binos there and the service was great.

One of my three items is backordered for 2-3 weeks even though it said it was in stock. Guess they haven't changed too much.

I bought an RMR from them a few months back with no issues. If you do the online chat they will give you discount codes.

Yep. I've bought from them on several occasions. You can get some good deals there. Sign up for email and I believe they'll send you 20% off codes
