They aren't "natural enemies" per se, but bluebirds are very territorial and Martin's are gregarious. Hence, they tend to lose out.
Here's a link to some idea on how to accommodate both: LINK

Bluebirds generally start nesting before purple martins. If you put up a bluebird box 30+ ft away from your martin housing, close off the martin house holes until they start arriving. The BB's will nest in their house and get along just fine with the martins.

I'm about ready to murder a Mockingbird, but it is illegal The facker won't leave he chirps all through the night and that threatens my health. I may have to chop the tree/bush he hangs out in right next to my bedroom down. literally i can have serious health issues if i don't get enough sleep at night. That ain't no damn song they sing either. It's awful. If there are mockingbirds in heaven i'm not going. F*** that.

I had those GD parrots from New Orleans come try and set up shop in my hood. They'd just come chew on branches and drop them on the ground, peck on my roof, make tons of noise, and shite everywhere. After speaking with them a couple of times, a falcon took notice and started eating them. Thankfully, they went back to New Orleans shortly after that

Probably Quaker parrots, aka monk parrakeets. An introduced, established non-native population, and not protected by the MBTA. That is, feel free to use any otherwise legal method of control.

Make sure it's not a protected botanical species.

Me and my Benjamin did a number on Robins in my personal roost on Mill street in New Roads in late 60’s. Ate every one of them.

Back in the 1960s, Georgia had a Secretary of State named Ben Fortson. His personal gun collection was on display in the state capital. Every spring he would hold a starling/ pigeon shoot at the capital building in downtown Atlanta. Damn I’d love to see that happen again.

Blackbirds will absolutely annihilate a corn field near anything they can roost on, given the chance.

Trees. Fence. Buildings. You name it.

If you don’t plant the corn at least a half inch deeper in those spots they will pull on the new shoots until the whole seed pops out of the ground.

I had a Mocking Bird that was chasing all the other birds away from my bird feeder two winters ago. Hated to have to kill him, but the a-hole was running off all the Cardinals and Finches I was trying to feed.

Benjamin pellet gun. Six pumps. Bye Bye Mocking Bird.

I had an issue with the small green head parrots before Katrina, but not any since. Then again it may have more to do with the absence of many of the fruit trees they flocked to daily.

I had a Japanese Plum tree and so did a neighbor just a few yards farther down the block and they would come daily to eat the fruit from the trees. And you're right, they are noisy as hell when there's more than a couple----and there's ALWAYS more than a couple.
