That’s what I said? Plenty of people say you can’t grill ducks or you have to slow cook them. Not the case is my point. It’s all about proper time and temp. Hot and fast or low and slow.

How many gray squirrels does it take to make a good meal? I've got more running around than I know what to do with. Not as many red ones though

Squirrel is my favorite meat. I fry till half done then cook down in gravy. 2nd is fried white perch

I do love the taste though, just not good enough to get them tender
